all our stock in a temperature controlled environment prior to shipping and subject

How much is the delivery charge and how long will it take to get my items?
Currently We do FREE SHIPPING to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore,
Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Mexico, Taiwan and Japan.
Orders placed on our website will delivered by Australia Post. Please allow around 5-10 working days for
the orders to be delivered.
Delivery times vary and depend on the postal/courier service to the destination.
If your order hasn't arrived after 12 working days please contact us and we will
track the status for you.

YES! We are confident you will be happy with our products. However if you have any
problems with items you receive please report to us within 10 days of receipt. We
guarantee money back refund if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned
in the original condition in which they were received. Please note that the items
must be unused.
What will happen if the products I ordered are out of stock?
We frequently update our stock quantity. However occasionally it still can happen
that the products you ordered are out of stock. In these cases:
If part of your order is out of stock we will ship the items that are available
and refund you the amount for those that are out of stock.
If all of the products in your order have been sold out we will then have to cancel
the order and refund in full.
